How much will it cost to ship my order?

Can I track my order?
Unfortunately, we are currently unable to track orders shipped with Royal Mail and Royal Mail International.
My order has not arrived, what should I do?
In exceptional cases items can be lost in the postal system. If you have not received your items please email firstname.lastname@example.org. Please note that orders shipped by Royal Mail International cannot be replaced until 28 days after the order was placed.
If your order is missing because you have provided an incorrect or incomplete delivery address you will be charged for redelivery.
Can I return or exchange my order?
Rucksack Magazine does not currently offer returns or exchanges. However, in exceptional circumstances we will refund your order. The magazine must be returned to us in pristine condition. Please email email@example.com for more information.
What can I do if my item is damaged or I receive the wrong item?
If your order is damaged or incorrect we will be happy to send you a replacement. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org including photographs clearly showing the damage or incorrect item, and the packaging it arrived in.
